1、 Characteristics of vibration platform in Lost Foam Casting

Rubber spring and 6-8 vibration motors are used. With up and down, left and right, before and after the three-dimensional vibration compaction effect. It has the advantages of multi structure support, firm structure, good sealing, reliable performance, simple operation, adjustable vibration frequency, low noise and high production efficiency.


2、 Application of vibration platform in Lost Foam Casting

The function of three-dimensional vibration platform in lost foam casting is to make the dry sand produce dynamic flow in the sand box, improve the filling ability and density of dry sand, and prevent casting defects. In the process of vibration filling of dry sand, the ideal condition is that the dry sand flows orderly in the process of vibration, and evenly fills all parts of the model under the premise of ensuring that the model does not deform, so that the molding sand in the sand box can obtain higher and more uniform filling density.

The shaking table of lost foam casting in small and medium-sized enterprises is mostly self-made equipment. During vibration, the common phenomenon is due to improper vibration operation, resulting in deformation of pattern and cracking of coating layer, thus resulting in corresponding casting defects. Some shaking table itself is easy to deform because of the excessive exciting force and the unbalance of the polarizing blocks of the same group of motors.

For this reason, the excitation force, amplitude and vibration time should be adjusted; for castings with large size and simple structure, the three-dimensional vibration of six motors can be changed into vertical or horizontal vibration of double motors; especially, the parameters of the shaking table can be tested and adjusted by testing instruments to meet the design requirements
