1、 Working principle of KZS mine used vibrating screen


The multi-layer powder vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motor, which works on the principle of vibration excitation by vibration motor. When the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the vibration force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlaps as a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. There is an inclination angle between the two motor shafts and the screen surface in the vertical direction. Under the combined action of the vibration force and the material gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a leaping straight line, so as to match the screen reasonably and achieve the screening purpose.


2、 Application scope of KZS mine vibrating screen


It is suitable for high energy screening of sinter, natural ore, coke and other granular materials. It has been widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, refractory, grain and other industries. The size of feed particles is generally less than 150 mm.
