GTS drum screen is a special screening equipment developed by our company for power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries. It overcomes the blocking problem of screen mesh when screening wet materials by various vibrating screens, and improves the output and reliability of the screening system. It is suitable for screening materials with various properties, as well as wet and easily blocked materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke quick hydrated lime, etc. the products under the screen are 100 mm in size, 10-50 mm in the middle, and the fineness can be less than 3 mm. This product is highly praised by the majority of users.


working principle:


The principle and structure of drum screen, drum screen and drum screen are almost the same, which is the difference in people's understanding and nomenclature. Due to the overturning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from blocking. GTS series drum screen machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, seal cover and inlet and outlet. The drum device is mounted on the rack in an inclined way.


The motor is connected with the roller device through the reducer through the coupling and drives the roller device to rotate around its axis. When the materials enter the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface will be overturned and rolled, so that the qualified materials (products under the screen) will be discharged through the screen screen outside the drum, and the unqualified materials (products on the screen) will be discharged through the end of the drum. Due to the overturning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from blocking.
