1、 Overview of rigid impeller feeder


The impeller feeder produced by our factory has the following features besides uniform feeding, compact structure and good sealing performance


1. In operation, the higher end of the feed less, so wear consumption is small, compared with the general impeller feeder has obvious energy saving effect;


2. When the bearings at both ends are out of the body, it is not easy to feed powder into the bearing and avoid unnecessary wear and tear. The old sliding bearing is replaced by rolling bearing, which is extremely reliable.


The machine can be equipped with a variety of transmission devices, users can be equipped with direct connected cycloidal needle wheel reducer, gear reducer motor, or the motor and reducer can be installed separately. The direct connection type can be used after the material inlet and outlet end is connected, which is very convenient. If equipped with a main speed regulating motor, the feeding quantity can be controlled at will.
